These terms apply when you use corkev.co.uk and the Corkev apps linked from it. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or apps.

Using the apps

Corkev builds simple apps for everyday life. You're welcome to use them for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't misuse them, try to break or disrupt them, or use them for anything unlawful.

Payments

Some apps can be tried for free and offer a one-off payment to unlock them. The price is shown in the app before you pay. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms.

Health and wellbeing apps

Apps such as Cuffnotes, Bloom and Complete Fitness are for general information and personal tracking only. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for a doctor or other qualified professional. Always seek professional advice about your health, and in an emergency call 999.

Availability

We work hard to keep everything running, but we can't promise the site or apps will always be available or error-free. We may update, change or retire an app from time to time.

Liability

The apps are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Corkev isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
